I find it kinda offensive. Dev-igner is a term I hear throw around quite a bit. I mean I completely agree that designers need to improve their understanding of how the applications are built along with concepts like performance, security, scalibilty… you know FURPS.

I resent this notion because I feel that this is not a two way street.  Personally i’d like to see more Test-elopers so I wouldn’t have to log bugs :-)
